Quite often I hear from people who go to the gym or workout at home say they are not getting the benefits from their workout.
Nine times out of ten when I view a workout programme, even with YouTube Fitness Videos, the main problem is the proper execution of specific exercises
Exercises are to be controlled and executed properly. I always suggest when starting your fitness journey, start with a true evaluation of the areas of your body you want to work on. Depending on your budget try and use a personal trainer for a few sessions, they will be able to correct or show you specific exercises that you should be doing to achieve your goal.
